Description
1912 Emergency Bridge Head. Quite often during convoys and heavy fog, the Captain would not have left the bridge, food and drink would have been bought to him, sleep was not an option, this emergency bridge head would have been used on ships where the w/c was too far away. Not a particular nice option but an important one nonetheless.
This fine example is in excellent condition and very rare
